My Internet Art Projects.

I added these links as afterthoughts on other blog entries, but I have realized how important they are to my internet identity. This post is dedicated to my art blogs.

So I'm going to take advantage of Web 2.0, and explain some of my other internet projects. I tend to post a little slower on this blog compared to other bloggers, but I am an active internet user in other ways. So, Here are some of my other projects. I will also be adding widgets on this blog shortly, for quick links:

Madeline's Art Place - The url says "ididnotdrawthis," ironically, since everything here is my artwork and illustration work. I work primarily with acrylics and photoshop at the moment, but I experiment a ton. Check out my latest tutorial if you are interested in seeing the way I work on art in photoshop. There's a lot of stories that I am working through in my head most of the time, and its really great to have a venue to share some of the images that I create for those. This is the blog for which I invest the most time into my entries. Check it out, if you want. I post about once a week.

All the trees of the field shall clap their hands - My tumblr. So this is my own personal visual essay blog that I started as an addendum to this class and for my own learning. I post about every day.

Tumblr is a blogging website that focuses on collections of images and quotes and such. Many artists use them for inspiration and as a way to "reblog" cool ideas on the web, whether its their own content or something they found on the internet that they want to share with followers and fellow bloggers. I take all these photos and sometimes add quotes. I'm also in a photography class right now, so it's been great practice of selecting meaningful photos. I chose this name because it is one of my favorite verses in Isaiah. It is beautiful poetry to me, which is what I think natural-centered photography has the potential to be.
